Newly decorated, first floor room with shared kitchen and bathroom shared with a couple and one other tenant located within 5 minutes walk of the park and under 10 minutes walk to both Queens Park station and Kensal Rise overground in zone 2, as well as many bus routes. There are many lovely shops, bars and restaurants in both Queen’s Park and Kensal Rise.

Everyone has their own fridge located in the kitchen and there is a shared washing machine and kitchen cabinets are allocated to each room. It’s expected that you clean up after use and are considerate of others.

All bills included located near Queens Park zone 2. It’s a well looked after house and I’m looking for someone who will treat this as their home and will also look after it and treat the other tenants well. Would suit a working professional.
