The space would accommodate a couple or a young family who is looking for a short term let, or a young professional looking for more space but yet still close to transport links into central London. Kilburn High Road station is 2 stops out from Euston on Overground, while Kilburn Park and Queen's Park stations (Bakerloo line) are equidistant around 10 mins walk from the flat, as well as Kilburn station (Jubilee line).
In close proximity there are many shops around Kilburn High Street, popular restaurants and farmer's market on Lonsdale road and lovely greenery in Queen's Park, Paddington Recreational ground and Kilburn Grange Park.

The large living space consist of living room with a big sofa and dining table and a separate kitchen and laundry space. The bedroom has double bed and an ample space for clothes and personal belongings.
