We live near Queen’s Park in a 3-bedroom flat, and unfortunately our other roommate is moving back to America, so we have a room available.

A bit about us: I am from Spain and am doing a Master’s in Cancer Research. Lili is from Colombia and is studying a Master’s in Film & Television and working part-time. We have a great relationship at home and are looking for a friendly, easygoing girl to join us (photo of us attached!).

A furnished room in a lovely flat with a living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a balcony+ One big storage room.

Location: Great area with excellent transport links. Queen’s Park station is just an 8-minute walk, and there are supermarkets, cafés, and local shops nearby. Portobello Road and Notting Hill are also very close.

Preference: Female flatmate
Rent: £1,000 per month (The bills are around +60pounds)
Deposit: £900
