Top Bedroom in homely furnished flat

The flat is in a brilliant location between Queen’s Park and Kensal rise. The flat itself is very well furnished with a large communal room and neat kitchen with Smeg fridge. The bathroom is being renovated to provide a rain shower and is accessed through the kitchen. The bedroom itself is in the top room and due to the roof, does not allow for much height but it is very cosy. It also has two large windows within the roof so provides a lot of light. Looking for a working professional and as I am female, I would ideally look for a female flatmate who is between 30 to 40 and enjoys a mixture of socialising and relaxing throughout the week.
