We are a friendly family of three — a mum and two school‑aged children (11 and 10) — living in a well‑kept home, and we are looking for a considerate tenant to rent our beautiful loft bedroom. We also have a gentle, affectionate Cocker Spaniel who is very much part of the household, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs.

The Household
Our home is warm, respectful, and family‑oriented. The children are at school during the day and busy with activities in the afternoons. Every other weekend they are at their dads away from the house. Our Cocker Spaniel is friendly, well‑behaved, and loves company.
