Bright room 10 mins walk from Portobello

We have a bright bedroom available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat.

We have a big & airy living room with modern open-plan kitchen. You would be sharing the recently redone bathroom with 1 other girl.

The flat is has a small park less than a 1 minute away, is conveniently located between Queen's Park and Westbourne Park and is a 10 mins walk to Portobello. You would be a 15-20 min walk to iconic Notting Hill pubs like The Pelican, The Westbourne, The Cow & Union Tavern.

You would be sharing the house with 2 friendly Spanish girls (aged 26 & 27), both working fulltime (both mostly in the office with 2 wfh days). It's a social flat: we often play board games together, host dinners or just hang out in the kitchen, but we're also respectful of people needing their downtime so there is no expectation to be social 24/7.

We're looking for someone to take over the lease from August 2nd, but can be flexible if you need to move in earlier.
