-10 mins to Kilburn station - Jubilee line, 10 mins to Mildmay line, 15 mins to Bakerloo line. Very well-connected.
-10 mins to a HUGE Sainsburys, Sainsbury local, Tesco;
-15 mins to Queen’s Park - lots of cafés, pubs, shops;
-Bills come up to around 70-90 per month depending on season (max 100 but rarely)
-Very residential and safe location.

About us:
-One female flatmate and one couple;

-We are very social, friendly and tidy!!!

What we want in a flatmate:
-Someone who's tidy and respectful (!!!extremely important);
-We prefer those who will chip in to council tax of £45 per month;
-Someone who doesn't smoke indoors;
