I’m looking to rent out the second room in my 2 bed 2 bath garden flat in Queen’s Park NW6.

Some details:

- it’s a double bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath ground floor garden flat
- 5 mins walk from Queen’s Park underground (Bakerloo line) and overground
- the flat is right at the top of londsdale road - one of londons most famous streets for bars, cafes and restaurants
- a few minutes walk from all amenities - inc M&S and a Third Space gym
- you’d be living with me - I’m a 29 year old working in sports advisory, who works from home 2/3 times a week
- I’m clean, tidy and respectful!
- I’m flexible on term, although ideally looking for 6 months min
