Room available for low fees to a property guardian

This room requires registering as a property guardian.
I have been a live-in guardian with DotDiotDot property for 3.5years at my previous house and have now moved into this 2 bed. Please see below for details regarding property guardianship.

The flat is on a high floor, lifts are available, the flat itself has two floors and a balcony with a nice view.
The flat has a shared kitchen and bathroom between two people total including yourself. It comes unfurnished and is a blank canvas waiting to be made up as we please.
Council tax is included in the rent fee of £525 and the bills (water and electricity) are an average of £170, not included.
Flat is near bus stops, and a shop for general needs. Queens park is a short distance walk as well as Queens Park tube station. M&S is a supermarket close by and other shops and restaurants/pubs a short distance.

Regarding property guardianship,
To register as a live-in guardian you need to be 18+ and working. Registering is simple and I am happy to help. I have listed some requirements by DotDotDot below.

"Applicants must:

Be aged 18 or over
Live without any children under 18
Live without any pets or animals
Demonstrate an annual income or savings of 30x the monthly licence fee
Have the right to rent in the UK
Provide a solid move on plan for when you are given 28 days’ notice to leave the property
guardians are also passionate about volunteering for good causes and dedicate 12 hours of their time each month as part of their licence agreement with us."
