The room is available from the 22nd October but can be flexible with an earlier date.

Rent is £854/month and bills come to around £100/month including a house kitty for cleaning stuff etc. The room comes furnished.

The house is really peaceful and chill. You’ll be sharing with 4 lovely girls aged 25-30. We all have our own lives, but we often have movie nights, takeaways and occasional barbecues in the garden. The house is really spacious with a shared living room , kitchen and garden. The bathroom will be shared with 3 others and there’s also a downstairs toilet.

The area is incredible and so well connected. It’s a 5 minute walk to Lonsdale Road and 10/15 minute walks to Queen’s Park, Brondesbury, Kilburn and West Hampstead stations. Kilburn High Road is also 5 minutes away for everything you need!
