Two guys, aged 30 and 35, looking for a new housemate to join our flat in the heart of Queen’s Park.
One of us is an architect’s assistant and the other works for UCAS.
We’re both pretty easy-going, sociable and considerate, and enjoy having a home that’s relaxed and friendly.

Our current flatmate is moving to Australia and has an incredible room they are vacating.

We’re looking for someone who’s up for the occasional chat in the kitchen, sharing a drink or meal, or just generally being sociable, but we’re also very respectful of each others personal space and are happy to chill alone.

The room available is a spacious east-facing double bedroom with plenty of natural morning light. It comes partially furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and shelving. Some of the other furniture belongs to the current tenant, but they’re happy to discuss selling things like the TV and TV stand if you'd like them.

The flat has a large shared kitchen-diner, washing machine and drying facilities, and one shared bathroom. There’s no separate living room, so the kitchen-diner is our main communal space.

There is also a small box room that could potentially be rented as a separate office space if you work from home and would benefit from having a dedicated workspace. We can discuss this separately.

We're an LGBT+ friendly household and are keen to find someone who is a good fit for the flat and enjoys living in a friendly, respectful home rather than just renting a room.

The Area:
The flat is located in the heart of Queen's Park, in North West London. The area has a fantastic community feel, with independent cafés, pubs, restaurants, a weekly farmers' market, and plenty of green space on your doorstep.

Transport links are excellent, with London Underground and London Overground services providing quick and easy access across London. Central London is within easy reach, with direct connections to areas such as Oxford Circus, Paddington, and Euston.

Rent:
£870 per calendar month, excluding bills. Bills are roughly £150 pcm which includes Band E council tax.

If this sounds like it could be a good fit, send us a message telling us a little bit about yourself. We're ideally looking for a working professional who values a sociable, considerate living environment.
