En-suite room W2 close to Hyde Park & Notting Hill

This is Acelya, I’m moving out in November due to changes in my workplace, so I’m helping my lovely flatmate, Maiti, find someone to take over my en-suite room in our 2-bed, 2-bathroom flat in Ralph Court, W2 from 1 November.

The flat also has a separate dedicated area for working from home, as well as two separate storage areas, providing plenty of additional space for appliances, suitcases, luggage and other belongings.

•⁠ ⁠A little about Maiti:
"I’m Maiti, 32, a paediatric doctor working at St. Mary’s Hospital, and I’m looking for a lovely flatmate to share a home with.

My job sometimes means odd hours, so I’m looking for someone who’s respectful of that, but also happy to chat, hang out, or share the occasional meal. I’m pretty easygoing — clean, considerate, and a nice mix of social and independent.

In my spare time I love yoga, going to the gym and exploring different parts of London. I’m hoping to find someone like-minded who values a calm, friendly place to come home to."

The available room is a spacious double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat.

•⁠ ⁠About bills and rent:
The ensuite bedroom rent including central heating and hot water: 1500 GBP

The current monthly household bills we have been paying since February 2026 are:

Water: £60/month
Electricity: £60/month
Wi-Fi: £30/month
Council Tax: £106/month

Total: £256/month for the flat, shared equally between two people (£128 each per month).

These figures reflect our current bills and may vary slightly depending on usage and future provider/council tax changes.
