🌿 Double bedroom available in a lovely 2-bed flat overlooking Ravenscourt Park

Hello!

My current flatmate is moving back to France, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over her room — ideally someone clean, respectful and considerate who will enjoy making this a lovely home together. Moving date is flexible (depends on my flatmate last date at work) but looking into mid-October/early November.

I’ve lived in this 60m² flat for the past 4 years and really love the layout. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat, with the living room in between, so we both get plenty of privacy and don’t really hear each other. The flat is fully furnished and recently renovated, with a lovely view and Ravenscourt Park right outside.

Over the years, I’ve also added a few things to make the flat comfortable and practical — including a TV, rice cooker, Nespresso machine, air fryer, Hoover, etc. There is still plenty of storage and space for you to bring your own furniture and belongings.

Our landlady is also very responsive and helpful, which makes things much easier!

📍 The location
The flat is in a really convenient spot:
* Ravenscourt Park Tube station is just a short walk away
* Easy access to buses
* Hammersmith centre is also within walking distance
* Lots of supermarkets nearby, including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Lidl and M&S
* Plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants in the area
* Ravenscourt Park is right on the doorstep and the Thames river’s nearby

💷 Rent & bills
Rent is £1050 per month, excluding bills.

Bills currently come to approximately £150 per person/month, including:
* Sky Internet (no optic fiber YET as the street is not equipped)
* Council Tax (Band D)
* Water
* Energy

I handle the monthly payment to our landlady, so I’d just ask that your share of the rent and bills is paid on time each month. I have used an app called Tricount to split costs and everything we’re sharing (toilet paper, shared amenities etc)

🏠 About me / who I’m looking for
I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces. Ideally, I’d prefer someone who’s planning to stay for the long term but I’m flexible. I’m quite independent and have a busy social life, so I’m often out of the flat and also work in the office most of the time. That said, I enjoy having a friendly relationship with my flatmate and sharing the occasional chat while also respecting each other’s privacy and routines. I had 3 flatmates so far and it went very well each time (but everyone moved back to their country)
