One large double room available in my beautiful, extended and renovated home, 2 minutes from Ravenscourt Park underground station.
This big bedroom faces north and west, and shares a shower room with one other woman.

There is a beautiful, very light kitchen - living room, with two sets of folding doors opening out onto a pretty, very sunny south facing garden.

All the rooms have wooden flooring, with a natural fibre carpet on the stairs, stone tiles in the kitchen / living room and tiles in the bathroom floors.
The house has a downstairs toilet and 4 further shower rooms.
There are laundry machines in the basement.
The house has new draught proof double glazing throughout and wooden floors.

The house is right opposite Ravenscourt Park underground, on the District line, and 8 minutes walk from Hammersmith underground stations. It is a few minutes walk from the River Thames at Furnival Gardens, with historic riverside pubs such as The Dove Hammersmith, lovely river side routes for running and cycling, and numerous rowing clubs. The house is across the road from Ravenscourt Park, with public tennis courts. Kings St has many restaurants and shops. Chiswick High Road with boutique shops and restaurants is close by.

Currently living in the house are Morgana, who is a UX designer, (and a trans woman), Pam from Ireland, Shivani from India, Finn working in South American travel, and myself, the landlady. Also Storm, a silver charcoal Bengal cat.

I am looking for single professionals who would like the companionship of communal living, who understand the need to keep the common areas clean and tidy, respect the need for peace and quiet on weekday evenings, and who would like to be sociable at weekends.
Ultimately I would like to turn this house into a non violent communication community, if I can find more enthusiasts for compassionate communication.
I have studied non violent communication for 6 - 7 years now, and I have found it transformative.
