MONDAY-FRIDAY ( Week day lodging only) Double room

This is a single occupancy, Monday to Friday lodging accommodation, only suitable for a non smoking, professional female who works away from home, and only needs accommodation mid week, returning to their main residence at the weekend.

We have a first floor double room with own private bathroom across the landing.
There’s 2 living rooms on the ground floor, a shared kitchen/lounge/garden and a smaller private lounge that the landlords use.

The bedroom includes the following:
1 armchair
Desk with 3 drawers
‘Desk’ chair
Small smart TV
Small double bed with storage and has an Emma mattress.
Fitted shallow wardrobe
Full length mirror
Bedside table and lamp
Full length dim/blackout curtains
Bed linen and towels are provided

The bathroom includes:
Shower over a traditional style free standing bath.
Cabinet for storage.
W/C and sink etc.
Hand soap and loo roll can be provided

The Kitchen includes the the following:
Dishwasher
Washing machine
Microwave
Fan oven
Gas hob
Full use of all kitchen equipment/contents however we are not big cooks so contents are not extensive!

We are a 10 minute walk from Raynes Park station, 3 minutes by train or a 30 minute walk to Wimbledon station. If you have a car we have resident permit parking from 8.30am - 6.30pm, outside of these hours it’s free. Otherwise you can buy guest scratch cards @ £3-£4.

Bikes cannot be carried through the house on a weekly basis. Instead there is a bike storage hanger at the top of the road.

Both our jobs are based from home but we both travel frequently. One of us in central London and the other in Europe, so we have very busy weeks. Our home is very quiet so if this is what you are looking for then you have found the right place!
