From August! Lovely double room in homely house

Airy double room with large double bed, a wardrobe & chest of drawers, in a lovely house, just 5 minutes walk to Raynes Park station (15 mins into Vauxhall, 20 mins to Waterloo) Wimbledon is very close by, either walking or on a short bus ride.

I’m a chilled live-in landlord, have made good friends with previous housemates I’ve had. I’m a teacher and actor and I’m pretty social and love the area where I live because there are great walks and pubs!

Must love dogs-I have two very sweet and cuddly small dogs who are very entertaining and will definitely want to sit with you given the chance!

Price is £1000 including all bills (including bi-weekly cleaner)

Also we have a lovely little garden 🪴 and amazing neighbours! Brand new carpets, fridge freezer, dishwasher & washer/dryer.
