Single room to let Raynes Park

Single Room

Hi all,

My name is Alex (31M 🇬🇧) and I have an furnished upstairs single room to let at a house, where I am currently living with two housemates, Katia (33F 🇬🇷) and Candace (30F 🇹🇼) :)

It's a 7 minute walk to Wimbledon Chase station, a 10 minute walk to Raynes Park station and a 5 minute bus ride to Morden (tube) Station (or 20 minute walk!)

All bills are included - water, gas, electric, internet (fibre optic 1Gbps ⚡), council tax.

We are generally quite easy-going but you can expect some basic house rules haha. We all consider ourselves very cleanly too...visitors are often stunned by how clean we keep the place 😅

I work from home as a software developer while Katia works at a hotel in London. While she is fun and energetic, I can be a little introverted at times, particularly when busy! Candace works in marketing in Weybridge. Otherwise, I'm sure you'll find us all hospitable and approachable :)
