I am looking for a professional female, calm and quiet living who is exceptionally tidy and clean at all times as well as environmentally friendly. No students please. Only I reside at the property.

The room is a bright spacious fully furnished extra large double with built in robes, and a large bay window providing ample daylight. The room has its own bathroom although not an ensuite.

The house itself has 3 bedrooms and an office/study. Communal spaces include a large spacious open plan kitchen dining/living room with bi-folds opening onto south facing patio and garden. There is a separate living room, utility room and downstairs powder room.

You will be sharing with 1 professional person being myself who is seeking a like minded person when it comes to cleanliness and keeping the house in orderliness.

Total overall cost to lodger is around £1,100-£1,300 pcm. Rent and council tax (band E) ~£900 plus TV licence, gas, electric and water - all usage based.
