We’re looking for two great humans to join our home, currently occupied by Lia and her boss, Hello Kitty (yes, that’s her real name — yes, she’s in charge 🖤).

If you don’t like cats, are allergic, or believe WFH full-time is non-negotiable, this sadly won’t be your place.

Someone who:

* Is tidy (there is a cleaning rota)
* Works full-time (WFH max once a week)
* Loves cats (non-negotiable 🐾)
* Is social but respects downtime
* Isn’t a always party-at-home person
* Enjoys the odd after-work drink
* Is up for shared dinners, gigs, stadium trips, or chilled nights in
* Understands this is a home, not a hostel

If you plan to permanently live in your room or treat the flat like a hotel, this won’t be the right fit.

* First month’s rent + 5 weeks’ deposit (before keys)
* Rent due monthly on the 18th

* TV licence not currently set up
