Gorgeous room available in the lovely area of Raynes Park.

I’m moving out and need someone to replace me to keep my wonderful flatmate company. She’s a joy to live with, super tidy and a great cook. We went from strangers to best mates after moving in together so I’m hopeful that she can find someone else to build that with!

The bedroom is a spacious double with a wardrobe; no other furniture is included but I would be open to selling a few bits if needed. The room also has a gorgeous mantle and fireplace, and a handy alcove for a desk for anyone who works from home!

The flat has a cosy living room, lots of storage in the kitchen and a dishwasher(!!). The bathroom has a shower over the bath and super handy built in shelves in the shower. There’s also a huge storage cupboard with a washing machine inside it.

The flat itself has loads of natural light and stays warm in the winter. Plus you get access to a small private patio that leads on to a huge shared garden.

Raynes Park is a great location, just 24 mins to Waterloo, great links to Clapham, Vauxhall and Wimbledon. You’re also super close to loads of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants!

Council Tax band is C and approx £95 each per month. With council tax, WiFi and other bills we roughly pay £180 each per month.
