The accommodation is set within its own private area of the house and has a separate entrance, so you can come and go without needing to pass through the family’s main living areas.

You will have exclusive use of:

* Large furnished bedroom/living room with double bed, large wardrobe, sofa and coffee table. The room is particularly bright, with large windows and rooflights.
* Your own private kitchen, fitted with hob, sink, fridge, washing machine, worktop and plenty of cupboard storage.
* Your own private bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.
* Your own conservatory/entrance area, accessed directly from the side entrance and for your exclusive use.

The accommodation has recently been redecorated with new dark wood-effect flooring throughout and is designed to give the occupant a high degree of independence while remaining part of a family home.

The private kitchen and laundry facilities mean there is no need to use the family’s main kitchen, while the separate entrance means you can access your accommodation independently.

The house is in Raynes Park, SW20, with convenient access to local shops and a 4 min walk to Raynes Park station.

We are looking for one clean, considerate and responsible professional who would like a peaceful, comfortable home. This would particularly suit someone who values their own space and wants something more private than a conventional room in a shared house.
