* £490 per month for the room.
* Bills are separate, estimated at a maximum of around £180 per month.
* This includes council tax, gas, water, internet and biweekly cleaning.

🏠 A little about the house and household

The house is a little older, but it’s a comfortable home with a good location and everything you need nearby. The flatmate who is leaving had a lot of things in the house so there will be way less clutter around by the time you move in!

You’ll be sharing with Hayat, a film composer and singer, and Nick, who works in sales for a card game company.

Just to put it out there, there will be some music playing around the house for a few hours during the day, so it’s worth bearing in mind if you’re considering moving in!

We’re also very keen on keeping the house clean and hygienic. We all value a tidy, well-maintained shared space, and cleanliness and basic hygiene standards are non-negotiable for everyone living here.
