Regents Park Listed Building - private double room

Listed building, 2 bedroom Lodge in Regents Park with off road private parking spaces

Hi! I’m Anthony and I live mostly alone with my dog Archie in this very pretty, gated house in Regents Park, on the North side of the Outer Circle, which is a private road near Primrose Hill (and equidistant to Camden). I run a recruitment business and spend my time in between London and Geneva. My partner lives between London, Girona and Geneva. We are both British, and spend approximately half our time in London and half of it abroad (usually together).

These days I spend less and less time in the place, and it’s good for someone who is quite private, professional, respectful. It’s a very pleasant and quiet community on Gloucester Gate - but I’m flexible on the right housemate. I’m completely fine with someone who wants to keep themselves to themselves - I work a lot so I won’t be home at all during the day. If my partner is in town, she might be at home, but the place is plenty big enough for two to work.

We are happy for the right person to have the master bedroom (pictured), and happy for you to bring a dog, but not a cat. Archie likes other dogs but isn’t mad on cats to be honest. I leave him at home when I go to the office but we have a dog walker come in once/twice a day, and if I need to travel he stays with my folks down in Brighton.
