Central London, short term let:room in lovely flat

A room in a really lovely flat near to Great Portland Street/Regent's Park/Warren Street available for a short let until June/July, avail immediately. it’s a great home which even comes with a cat. ;)

The flat has a big lounge, with plenty of space for eating, and relaxing, access to a communal garden a few floors downstairs, and is modern and quiet. It's a great location within walking distance to the West End in one direction and Camden the other. Very short walk (2 mins) to Regents Park. Good transport links (3 tube stations nearby..) and close to Euston station. I am an artist and teacher, it’s a creative household,. Looking for a friendly person, vegetarian, ( veggie household now) who likes music, quizzes, films. Definitely no-smokers though

There is a bathroom and a second toilet, a washing machine, central heating.

Room available from now. Could suit a student, short let or potential weekdays only let. bills included.
