A single room available in a two storey, 3 bed flat maisonette. The flat, currently with a couple and a male, is located on Upper Richmond Road, Roehampton SW15 next to Rosslyn Park Rugby FC. Roehampton University, Richmond Park and Queen Mary’s Hospital are all just a stroll away.

Putney to the west and Richmond to the east are either a bus ride or cycle ride away. Near the river, the nearest BR station, Barnes is 20 minutes to Waterloo and is a three-minute walk from the flat, through Barnes Common. Richmond Park is an eight-minute walk south. Hammersmith is a 15-minute bus ride away across the river. Buses 493, 33, 72 and the N10 pass the flat. Shops and amenities in Sheen and East Sheen, across the street. Kingston and Wimbledon also have good public transport links.
