Two single rooms available for rent in different months.
Room 1 is available from the 5th of August 2026 for a long term (can be short term too). Move in date can be a bit earlier.
Room 2 is available from the 5th of October 2026 for a minimum of 9 months (negotiable).

Room 1 comes fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, small shelf and a desk (not in the photo but it's there). It is a good size room that fits everything that a person may need. You are welcome to get more furniture if needed and you can decorate the room and make your own. It is on the first floor, windows are facing north.


Room 2:
Move in date: 5th of October 2026 (can be some days later)

This room is for 9 months (negotiable).

Room 2 comes furnished with a wardrobe with an extra shelf on top, a big adjustable height desk (you can stand or sit on the chair while working at the desk), chest of drawers and some storage units underneath the desk (please see photo). The little stool has some storage space inside it too. There is no bed but you are welcome to bring your own. Previous housemate used a roll-up mattress to sleep on the floor and stored it away during the day to have more space in the room :) There is also a pull-up bar, you could hang it over the door and do some exercises. The carpet is new, has been changed only a few months ago. The room is on the first floor, windows facing south, with a lovely tree outside the window.
The house:

The house is located in a nice quiet area of Roehampton next to residential homes. The house also has a small living/dining room area where you're free to hang out. The house is 10 mins walk from Richmond park and 3 mins walk from local amenities.

There are 2 bathrooms: a downstairs one which has just a toilet and an upstairs bathroom which has shower and toilet. We all have different work schedules so we use shower at different times and don’t need it at the same time.

There is fast broadband fibre internet in the house.

All bills including cleaning products and toilet tissue are included in the rent so you wouldn’t need to pay anything extra.

Transport:
There are plenty of buses near the house and Barnes train station is a 20 minute walk away.

430 to South Kensington.
170 to Victoria.
85 to Putney Bridge and Kingston.
493 to Richmond and Tooting.
265 to Putney Bridge and Tolworth.
419 to Hammersmith Bridge and Richmond.

Night buses:
N72 to East Acton via Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush.
N74 to Baker Street.

Your housemates:
We are friendly and considerate human beings who help each other during these difficult times. We are in general quiet people who like having a chat but also respect each others private space. This is not a party house but we don't mind occasional guests who are considerate.

We have a cleaning rota in place to ensure that the house is cleaned properly weekly but obviously we also encourage cleaning as you go too to ensure that we always have a nice looking house.

We are looking for someone who is clean, non-smoking, considerate, friendly and easy-going and understands the rules of living with others. If you are a vegetarian or vegan, would be a big plus as all of us eat vegan food but as long as you are clean, kind, respectful and chilled soul, that's all that matters :) We want our house to feel like home where you can relax and unwind.
