Hello! We are an easy going couple living in SW15 in a 5 bedroom house, 2 minutes away from Roehampton University and Richmond Park. We also have 2 female tenants already living in two of our spare rooms (Both professional females), and my partner’s daughter. We have an another spare room to rent. We also have 2 very friendly cats:, Lily and Simba, who live downstairs with us. You would be living upstairs with the 3 other girls, sharing bathroom only with them. We are all professionals and students who will respect your space and privacy. The room is available for non-smoker only. It is fully furnished with single bed and new mattress, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, new desk and chair and laminated floor. It’s nice and clean, for single female occupant ideally, for a student or professional. The room is available for short term rent too. Viewings can be arranged.

Easy to commute to central London with overground train links ( Barnes train station only 10 minutes away) and with underground train links (Putney Bridge station 10 minutes away). The nearest bus stop is less then a minute walk with buses like 170 to Clapham and Victoria, 430 to Putney and South Kensington and N74 to Central London. Also, 5 minutes away is a bus stop with buses 85 to Kingston, 419 to Hammersmith Bridge and 493 to Richmond.
