Payments & Terms:

• First month’s rent payable on the move-in date.

• A Security deposit is required to secure the room.

• £200 one-off contribution towards utility bills for the entirety of your stay, no further utility contributions will be required.

We also provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills, and we do not charge for them.
