You will be renting a spacious, fully furnished double room. The absolute best part? Because I have my own en-suite, you will have virtually EXCLUSIVE use of the main bathroom located just across the hall. It’s a massive perk—a complete private bathroom featuring a relaxing bathtub, shower, and toilet, all essentially yours!

It’s a modern, bright flat with a large open-plan living room/kitchen and a private balcony. Beyond the flat itself, living in Queen Mary's House gives you access to some incredible premium amenities:

- A beautifully landscaped, luxurious private garden/courtyard. It is incredibly quiet and uncrowded—absolutely perfect for meditation, reading, or just unwinding in peace.

👨🏻‍💻 ABOUT ME & THE VIBE:
I run my own tech startups and work from home, so during the day, the flat needs to be a quiet, focused environment. In my free time, I hit the gym, cook, and relax by watching historical or crime dramas (huge fan of Peaky Blinders and The Last Kingdom!).
Bonus: I share the flat with my 2-month-old kitten, Pasha. He is tiny, very friendly, and well-behaved, so you must be a cat lover (and have no allergies)!

👤 THE IDEAL FLATMATE:
I’m looking for a fellow professional who ideally works from the office during the day (or at least appreciates and respects a very quiet working environment). You should be clean, tidy, pick up after yourself in the kitchen, and treat the flat with respect. This is a peaceful home, not a party house.
