We have five rooms available within a spacious shared flat located on the Mount Clare Estate in Roehampton.

The accommodation comprises:

2 Single Rooms (single occupancy)
2 Double Rooms (single occupancy)
1 Very Large Room (approx. 24 m²) – suitable for two friends or a couple

The flat benefits from generous communal space, including a large kitchen, wide corridors and plenty of room throughout. There are two bathrooms and two separate toilets, making the property comfortable even when fully occupied.

The Rooms

All rooms are provided with basic furniture including a single bed and mattress, and each room has its own wash hand basin (sink).

We understand everyone has different preferences, so we're flexible with the furniture. If you prefer to bring your own, we can remove the existing furniture where possible.

The Property

The accommodation is offered under a Property Guardianship Licence rather than a tenancy agreement.

The building is a former student residence forming part of the wider Mount Clare Estate.

Please note that while the building itself is older and shows signs of age, the flat has recently been refreshed throughout with new paintwork and new carpets, providing clean and comfortable accommodation.

Large communal kitchen
Two bathrooms
Two separate toilets
Communal laundry room (located one level below)
Secure bicycle storage available for a limited number.

Bus stop just 3 minutes' walk serving routes 170 and 430
Additional bus routes within approximately 10 minutes' walk, providing convenient connections to Richmond, Barnes, Kingston, Hammersmith and surrounding areas.
Richmond Park is also within easy reach.

We are seeking working professionals preferably.

Unfortunately, students cannot be considered.
