My flatmate of the past 3 years is moving out of our lovely two-bedroom flat in Rotherhithe and I am looking for a new housemate. It's a clean and tidy flat – a haven, not a party house – and I’m looking for someone like-minded and considerate who would make the place a home. You would be sharing with a 39-year-old professional German girl who is friendly, easy-going, but also respectful of space. I WFH two days a week and the flatshare would suit a professional woman in their 30s who also follows a hybrid working pattern.

The room on offer is a furnished double bedroom (bedroom 2 in the photos) with use of the master bathroom. It is available from late July, although an earlier move in date may be negotiated. Single occupancy only. Females only.

A bit about the flat:
• First floor two-bedroom flat (lift access available) with a balcony overlooking the Thames.
• Two double bedrooms: one ensuite and one with access to the master bathroom.
• Kitchen with all the appliances: fridge-freezer, oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher.
• Separate living room (with space for a workstation).
• A good amount of storage cupboards throughout.
• Secure car parking available.

About the area:
• The flat is located on the Thames Path and is in a great area for walking or jogging. Greenwich Park is a 40-minute walk away; Southwark Park is reachable in 20 minutes; and Stave Hill Ecological Park is only a 10-minute walk away.
• The local bus stops a stone’s throw from the flat and will take you to Canada Water Station (Zone 2: Jubilee Line and Overground) in under 10 minutes. Or you can walk to Canada Water in around 15 minutes.
• There is a local Co-op in easy walking distance and a large Tesco / Pharmacy / Cinema etc. 5 minutes away by bus.

The rent is £1,075 per person per month, excluding bills. Council tax, gas & electric, water and Wi-Fi currently come to around £205pp per month.
