We have a bright and comfortable ground floor en-suite double room available in our modern mid-terrace house near Canada Water / Rotherhithe.

The room is on the ground floor, giving it good privacy, and comes with its own newly refurbished en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is clean, fresh and finished to a modern standard.

The house is spacious and well looked after, with a shared kitchen and living room on the first floor. There is also a small garden at the back of the house, which can be accessed directly from both the room and the kitchen.

Transport links are very convenient:

- Around 5 minutes’ walk to Rotherhithe Pier, with ferry access to Canary Wharf
- Around 5 minutes by bus to Canada Water station

All bills are included, including utilities, fibre broadband and a regular cleaner.

You would be sharing with me, a computer programmer; my wife, a physiotherapist who enjoys cooking; our 2-year-old daughter; and one other lodger who works at Harrods. The house has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere; we sometimes have meals together, but overall it is a quiet and comfortable home.

Students and professionals are both welcome. Long lets and short lets can both be considered.
