We have a comfortable top-floor en-suite loft room available in our modern mid-terrace house near Canada Water / Rotherhithe.

The room is available from early October 2026. The room is on the top floor, so it feels relatively private and separate from the main shared areas. It comes with its own en-suite bathroom, making it suitable for someone looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable long-term home.

The house is spacious and well looked after. The shared kitchen and living room are on the first floor, and there is also a small garden at the back of the house.

Transport links are convenient:

* Around 5 minutes’ walk to Rotherhithe Pier, with ferry access to Canary Wharf
* Around 5 minutes by bus to Canada Water station

Rent is £1,300 per month including all bills:

You would be sharing with me, a computer programmer; my wife, a physiotherapist who enjoys cooking; our 2-year-old daughter; and one other lodger, who is a civil engineer.
