Looking for a working professional to share my two-bedroom flat on the Thames.

The room is a standard double, furnished with an ottoman bed for extra storage, and comes with sole use of a bathroom across the hall.

Amenities include a parking space and bike storage in the garage, a concierge service (inc. parcel management), and access to residents-only leisure facilities: gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.

Rotherhithe Overground and Canada Water (Jubilee line) are both about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute cycle away.

Water bill is included in the rent. Energy and broadband are separate and currently come to around £50/month. Council Tax (Band E – Southwark) also paid separately.
