I am subletting my place in Rotherhithe from July 17th to the end of August (opportunity to take a full-term contract as well, till August 31st 2027). Rent for sublet is £1150, and for the full-term contract (13.5 months) is £1200, all bills included.

Great location in Rotherhithe with the Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line) a 10-minute walk, Canada Water Station (Jubilee Line and Windrush Line [overground]) a 13-minute walk minute walk, and Rotherhithe Station (Windrush Line) a 5-minute walk.

There is also a Sainsbury's, a 10-minute walk away, and a big Tesco, 20 minutes' walk away.

There are currently 4 flatmates (including me), all working professionals between the ages of 22 and 28. There are 5 bedrooms, one with an ensuite, 2 other bathrooms, and a shared kitchen. The house has a garden with a BBQ for the sunny days, and the room has its own balcony.

The room comes furnished with a closet, double bed, and couch.
