My flatmates are moving out in August and I am looking for someone (or a couple) to take over the room (mid to late August) . It is an amazing sized room in a beautiful flat. We have amazing connections to Central London with Rotherhithe station just a 10 minute walk away.

Rent is £1184 a month (not including bills, which are around £250)). The building is amazing with a 24/7 concierge office, pool, sauna and hot tub.

You would be living with me, 23. I love a chill night in relaxing, reading or binging the newest shows. I would love someone who likes to talk and watch things with but also respects personal space.
