Looking for a housemate to join our 3 bedroom flat in Rotherhithe! Must be lgbtq+ friendly!

Rent: £1050 per month
Bills: £130 p/m in summer, £170 p/m in winter (wifi, council tax, electric, gas, water)
Date: Move in from September 7th 2026, minimum stay of 1 year

About the room
A bright room on the first floor, includes a bed and wardrobe! Our current flatmate has a desk in the living room which she uses on wfh days - so this room would suit someone who’s wfh max 1/2 days a week. You’d be sharing the bathroom with just 1 other housemate!
Whilst the room is on the smaller side, the rest of the flat is incredibly spacious for the area!

About the flat
The location is fantastic, we’re about a 7 min walk to Rotherhithe station and a 10 min walk to Canada Water stations. We have a beautiful woodland right next door, and we’re super close to the river so stunning walks and views! It’s a very peaceful area, but well connected for getting around London!

In terms of vibe I’m looking for someone who is very clean but also very fun! We’d be searching for a third housemate together so I’m keen to create a real community vibe in the flat, not just sitting in our rooms separately every night!

You’d be sharing the flat with 2 housemates:

Lucy (she/her) - I’m a 26y/o designer, I’ve been living in the flat for 2 years with my current housemates and have absolutely loved being here - it’s made me completely fall in love with London!! I love spending my free time out with friends, at the pub or a nice wine bar, or being horizontal on the sofa watching Real Housewives - I’d love a housemate who is down for doing the same!
I’m a very clean & respectful flatmate, and ideally would be living with someone who is equally conscious of keeping the flat nice and clean!
Since we’d be looking for a new flatmate when Louis moves out, I’m v down to work together to figure out the kind of vibe we want in the flat!

Louis (he/him) - I’m a 26y/o data scientist! I very sadly will be leaving the flat in November but have absolutely loved my time here! It’s a great area and the flat is a beautiful and relaxing space to be in!
