Hi! We're Keil & Paola and we are looking for a friendly flatmate (or couple) to join us in our lovely home on the Thames.

The flat includes:

* Double room (unfurnished with the exception of a large wardrobe), communal area is part-furnished.

* Great sized kitchen with window onto the spacious living room

* Residents' gym, pool & sauna

Council Tax (Band E): ~£200/month (if you are also a student the flat will be exempt from council tax)
Wi-Fi: £32/month
Electricity: around £200 month in winter (less in summer)

A bit about us:
We are both managers in fashion retail, and Paola is starting a Master's degree in Fashion Sustainability in September. We are sociable, easy-going, and like a good mix of pub nights and gigs, movie evenings, dinners with friends, and relaxing on the balcony in the summer. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy while maintaining a relaxed, sociable, and welcoming atmosphere. Paola loves her grandma hobbies (sewing and crocheting), Keil loves his music, football, and is super chill, he'll never say no to a pint.
