A well-kept two-bedroom flat in one of the greener corners of SE16, a few minutes from the water, from Russia Dock Woodland, Southwark Park, Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, and the new shops and restaurants in Canada Water. One double room becomes available on 1 December.

This is a genuine two-person flat rather than a crowded house share. Your only flatmate is a professional woman, who is considerate, tidy, out at work during the day, and easy to live alongside. With only two people sharing, there is no queue for the kitchen or bathroom in the morning, and the flat has a calm, homely feel.

The Flat

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. Wood floors run throughout, and windows on several sides keep the flat light from morning to evening.

Brunswick Quay sits just off Greenland Dock, away from the traffic but within easy reach of transport, shops, parks and the river:
- Buses to central London stop just outside or within a 2-minute walk
- Surrey Quays station (Overground: Windrush line) — 5 minutes on foot
- Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, with Tesco Extra and shops — 5 minutes
- Canada Water (Jubilee line) — 10 minutes; one stop to Canary Wharf, two to London Bridge
- Greenland Dock, the Thames Path, Southwark Park and Stave Hill nature reserve — all within a short walk

Terms

£1,100 per calendar month, with council tax, water and electricity included.
The tenants pay Wi-Fi on top, which comes to around £15 per tenant at the moment.

Deposit is five weeks' rent, held in a government-approved protection scheme. The tenancy is rolling and periodic.
