I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in a 2 bedroom riverside flat as my current flatmate is moving out.

The room is partly furnished and has a balcony. You’ll have your own bathroom in the hallway.

Shared kitchen and living room. There’s no sofa in the living room as seen in the picture.

Available from mid December. Viewings available from now.

It's a lovely flat with river views. Close to the Jubilee line and Overground, so well connected.

Rent £1125 + bills (around £200-250 per month).

Please note this is a joint tenancy agreement for a 2 bedroom flat.

I'm a doctor working in the NHS. I work varied shifts so you’ll often have the house to yourself. I'm friendly, easy-going and considerate, always up for a chat, but equally happy for us to do our own thing. Looking for someone like-minded.
