Spacious room for rent in Canada Water

Hello! We are looking for a new person to take over half the tenancy of this flat. One of us is moving countries, but the other would like to stay as such a good flat in such a good spot.

This is a 2.5 bed flat in Canada water/Rotherhithe. Two proper bedrooms and one tiny room, which we have been using for storage. Very good sized living room with seperate kitchen. There is a lot of storage in the kitchen and under the stairs. The flat has had new heaters put in and new carpet in the last couple of years.

10 minute walk from Canada water station with jubilee and overground or 10 minute walk to Rotherhithe station.

Small supermarkets in 10 minutes walk by the stations. Also close to Surrey Quays shopping centre with a giant Tesco.

The flat is in a lovely, quiet area. Short walk to the Thames river and close to some nice parks. Area feels safe and secure.

You will be living with one other female in her 30s who works as a nurse.

The move in date is flexible but the tenancy change date would be start of January. The landlord has not put the rent up in the last year, so there is a chance they might do that on tenancy change. Bills come to approx 100 pounds each per month. The flat is run by an agency who are very responsive and helpful.
