Double room in a house with a private garden (will be furnished), 2 minutes from Rotherhithe Overground, available from 16/11/2026.

The house is steps from the Thames Path, with river views, historic riverside pubs like The Mayflower and The Angel, and green space at Southwark Park, Russia Dock Woodland and Greenland Dock.

You’re minutes from everything: Canada Water (Jubilee line) is a 10-minute walk, and the City and Canary Wharf are a short ride away. I’ve lived in the area, and it’s my favourite part of London.

The house is a cosy two-bed terrace with an open-plan living space and a small private garden. It’s great for summer evenings, and a calm place to come home to the rest of the year.

The room is a good-sized double at the front of the house, overlooking the cul-de-sac, with a fitted wardrobe and a new double mattress, so you’d just need a bed frame.

Bills are split 50/50 and come to around £165-190 each per month. You’d join the tenancy as a joint tenant with the agency.

This would suit a friendly, chilled working professional who’s up for a chat and a drink every now and then, but also has their own things going on.
