A well presented double bedroom with a private en-suite, located in a modern and secure development ideally positioned between the River Thames and the Royal Docks.

The development is peaceful and well maintained, with bicycle storage available. A car parking space can be rented separately if required.

The apartment is shared with myself and my 11-year-old daughter, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful, considerate, clean, and easygoing, and who genuinely values a calm, positive, and comfortable living environment.

Ideally, this would suit someone who is mature, trustworthy, and mindful of shared spaces a person with good manners, strong personal values, and a naturally tidy lifestyle. As this is a family home, it’s important to find someone who is kind, responsible, emotionally intelligent, and understands the importance of privacy, peace, and mutual respect.

We would really appreciate someone who is friendly, drama free, hygienic, and who takes pride in keeping their surroundings clean and welcoming. A positive attitude, reliability, and consideration for others are qualities that would fit very well within our home.
