Hi All! Im looking for a Professional to join me in this amazing 2 bed flat in the Royal Wharf development. This area is highly sought after so please contact me asap for a viewing. I can also send across a video of the apartment/ organise a video viewing for those unable to view it in person.

My current flat mate is moving out early November so I’m looking for someone to replace him. You will need to pass the usual reference checks with the property managers before being accepted.

About the room
This is a spacious double room which comes furnished with a double bed. All other furniture belongs to my housemate but he has agreed to leave the railing and carpet if you would like it. The room also has floor to ceiling double glazed windows which allows tons of natural light in the room and black out curtains which can make the room as dark as the night’s sky. As you can see the room is large enough to fit a desk, 55 inch tv and tv stand, a double clothes railing and multiple shelving units!

About the apartment
It’s a beautiful apartment with wooden flooring throughout. The kitchen, living area and bathroom will be shared between us but there is more than enough space. There is also a huge balcony that is perfect for relaxing on in the summer. Council tax and bills are not included in the price so please take that into consideration. About the area
Royal Wharf is a riverside neighbourhood located in E16 within the Royal Docks, featuring a mix of apartments, townhouses, parks and squares. There are daily food stalls on the area, a local Sainsburys and we are a 3min walk away from pontoon dock DLR station.

For a one off payment to the concierge of £40, you will also have access to the residents only clubhouse which has a gym, sauna, steam room and large swimming pool. if you google royal wharf club house you can see some pictures of it.

We also have security patrolling the area 24 hours a day so the area is VERY safe and also a concierge that accepts packages so you never have to worry about missing a delivery again!
