Double room available with own washroom

I am letting out my second bedroom in a modern 2 bed 2 bath apartment.
The bedroom comes furnished with a king bed, cupboard and bedside table along with its own big washroom.
The living room is set with modern furnishing and the entire rest of the apartment is well equipped including the kitchen.
The apartment comes with its own gym, pool, steam, sauna and cinema as well as a rooftop running track.
I am ideally looking for someone for a shorter stay, the room is available until 26th April 2026.
Other than that, I am a muslim so i would not appreciate alcohol or pork in the house. And i would really want someone who can keep the place clean and organised.
