Hi!

I am moving out of my gorgeous flat in Royal Victoria (unfortunately) and am looking for someone to replace me in August due to a change in job.

The room & flat is in a great location with the DLR being less than a 5 minute walk away, jubilee line & Elizabeth line are also very easily accessible.
The flat has a wrap around balcony on which I have seen many a beautiful sunset & is quite spacious (the original layout had the bed in the middle but I have pushed this into a corner for more floor space - which you can change back as you see fit)

About who you would be living with:

She is 31 years old, a lawyer working as a consultant in financial services. She is in the office 3-4 days a week and has a 1.5 year old miniature dachshund, Shilo, who is the cutest dog he loves getting attention especially. He’s usually in daycare when she is in the office. The flat is kept flat clean and tidy - & she doesn’t love cooking but has hired help to cook and clean every 1-2 weeks (paid by her)
She is from Singapore originally, and has lived in London for 4.5 years. She enjoys travelling, watching tv shows/films, trying out different restaurants/activities.

I met her through SpareRoom and made a friend for life - she also feels the same & is hoping to have the same luck again!
