We're looking for a friendly, tidy young professional (ideally aged 23–31) to join our spacious 3-bedroom flat in the heart of Royal Victoria Docks.

The room available is a large, fully furnished double bedroom with a private en-suite, available from 17th August (earlier move-in may be possible if needed). Rent is £1,300 per month, with bills averaging around £200 per month. The current tenancy runs until the end of April 2027, with the option to renew.

- London City Airport is just 1.5 miles away

The local area has everything you need, including supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars. The ExCeL London is just a 5-minute walk away, while The O2 is only a short journey across the river. Westfield Stratford is around a 20-minute drive away for shopping, dining and entertainment.
If you enjoy being outdoors, Thames Barrier Park is within walking distance, and the surrounding area is flat and ideal for running, cycling and walks along the waterfront.
