My flatmate is moving so a furnished double room is available in a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the Royal Wharf development.

The room and flat include:
- Furnished double bedroom
- Private bathroom for your sole use, located just outside the bedroom
- Wardrobe and storage space
- Access to the residents’ gym and leisure facilities
- Modern shared kitchen and spacious living area
- Secure and well-maintained development
- Good transport links to Canary Wharf and the City
- Shared with one other working professional
- Bills approximately £150–£200 per month (Newham council tax band E)

The room is the smaller of the two bedrooms, but it is still a comfortable double room and benefits from its own private bathroom. I’m looking for a clean, considerate and relaxed professional who would treat the flat as a home.

I’m a 30-year-old professional working in the City. I’m friendly, clean and easy-going, and I’d like the flat to feel like a comfortable home rather than simply somewhere to sleep. Outside work, I’m usually at the gym, playing football, travelling. I’m happy to have a chat, share the occasional meal or drink, and get to know whoever I live with, while also respecting each other’s privacy and downtime.
