Double room in great flat -Pontoon dock/Silvertown

Hi guys,

We have a double room available, and looking for someone responsible, easy going and respectful to join our amazing flat. We are the first tenants since it was build so it is maintained and well kept. The flat feels like home and we treat it like home rather than shared space. It is bright and spacious with high ceiling, a lot of natural light, and 3 balconies.

Your room:
- Double - comes with build-in wardrobe and a bed ( you can bring a chest of drawers, dressing table or small desk if you wish)
- sharing a bathroom with tab only with one -Me 🙋🏻‍♀️ !!! (My flatmate has the en-suite room)
- sharing a balcony with one, the living room have another balcony that is shared too.
- own cupboard/ storage ( for suitcases)

Bills: approximately £160 per person, depending on the months, obviously summer time is less.

We are looking for a professional who is responsible and have an interest in traveling, wellbeing, self development, experiences.
