The room is slightly separate from the rest of the flat, with its own little entrance area. You can close it off from the main flat, so you basically get your own section with the bedroom, ensuite and loads of storage. It feels a lot more private than a normal flatshare.

The flat itself is modern and really spacious, around 110m², with a big shared living room, kitchen and balcony with views towards Canary Wharf.

Location is probably one of the best things about it. Royal Victoria DLR is basically on the doorstep (around a 20 second walk) and Custom House is about 7–9 minutes away for the Elizabeth line. From there, Canary Wharf is around 3 minutes, Liverpool Street around 10 minutes and Tottenham Court Road around 15 minutes. Canning Town and the Jubilee line are also only one DLR stop away.

ExCeL is just down the road and the cable car over to North Greenwich and the O2 is only a few minutes from the flat as well.

You’d be living with two young professionals working in Bank and Shoreditch, in engineering and consulting. We’re both really into anything active and sporty, whether that’s gym, running, golf, padel etc. We’re pretty relaxed and social but also both working during the week, so looking for someone with a similar kind of vibe.

Council Tax Band G, but council tax is included in the £1,200 monthly rent.
